Due Dilligence
This is where details matter.
I’ll walk you through inspections, strata or property document reviews, and ensure financing is finalized. My role is to make sure nothing gets missed so you feel secure and informed before moving forward.
Closing & Posession
Once conditions are met, your lawyer or notary finalizes the paperwork.
On possession day, you get the keys — and step into your new home! I’ll be there to celebrate with you and make sure everything transitions smoothly.
